Joe and Marc go back to 2008 when they first connected at the We Are Family Foundation Gala in New York City. Joe and Marc quickly found commonality through art, food, and music. Marc and Joe shared time at Joe’s restaurants where Marc began photographing Joe’s dazzling dishes. Their friendship and togetherness brought Joe’s culinary art to the public through th Elena of Marc’s iPhone and continues today with the upcoming exhibit of Joe’s dishes made during his journey with Cafe Barbossa in Sarasota, Florida.
